30 Minute Visit, $23
45 Minute Visit, $28
60 Minute Visit, $33
Other Visits
Meet and Greet, $23
Key Return or Pickup, $20
Key Copy (if two are not provided during the meet and greet), $10
Additional Fees:
Travel, $5 per visit (if you live outside our service area)
Short notice (within 72 hrs), $5 per visit, max $25
Short notice (same day), $10 per visit
Holiday, $10 per visit: New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day
Late Payment, $5 every 7 days
Returned Check, $35
